Background

Profile

I left my job as an Event Manager in Motor Sport Hospitality to pursue what I enjoy doing most every day. I love to exercise and to feel fit and healthy and I enjoy motivating people to feel the same way, to take time out to put themselves first and feel better for it.

Let me help you to feel that same motivation by contacting me today.
